Nutrition Services provides the following services from seven (7) Senior Sites throughout Washington County to individuals 60 and over.

(1) Socialization, recreation and a noon time meal, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
(2) Home-delivered meals to seniors 60 and over, who are medically homebound.
(3) Nutrition Screening and Education Programs
(4) Medication Management and Health Screenings
(5) Recreational Programs
(6) Transportation to and from Senior Sites.
