The Commission on Aging contracts with a local attorney to provide legal services to the seniors of Washington County. The Attorney is on site the second and fourth Thursday of the month for approximately four hours. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (301) 790-0275. The legal representation provided most often involve Elder Law Issues such as: Public Benefits, Housing, Consumer and Consumer issues. Information and referrals regarding Power of Attorney, Wills, Advanced Directives and the Sixty Plus Program are also offered.
