Through the RSVP Personal Accounting Program, volunteers meet with individuals, generally twice a month, to help sort through mail, pay bills, write checks, set up simple household budgets and balance checkbooks. Volunteers do not transport clients, handle cash or perform bank transactions. Neither do they provide any personal care, household chores, etc.
Eligibility for this program is determined on a case by case basis. Prior to the services being rendered, client is required to complete an In-Home Service Agreement
